About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Samsung Electronics.

As a key member of our e-commerce marketing team, you will be responsible for driving new online marketing initiatives and identifying market opportunities to grow online revenue through various digital channels such as social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Manage and coordinate resources to execute online marketing activities, including campaign planning, project management, and budgeting.
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns that drive sales for our e-commerce channels, including paid advertising, influencer marketing, and content marketing.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Multimedia, or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing, with a strong background in performance marketing.
  • Solid experience in digital marketing campaigns that deliver strong brand KPIs and sales conversion.
  • Hands-on experience in Paid search, display, SEO, Social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), Google Analytics, and APP promotion.
  • Familiarity with MMP solution & optimization.
  • Data and results-driven, with knowledge around metrics, KPI, ROI analysis and A/B testing.
  • Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Good organizational skills, energetic self-starter, highly motivated and team player.
  • Strong business sense and able to understand business metrics.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese mandatory.
