Gough Recruitment is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Executive Finance Director to join our client, a prominent HK company with global operations.

Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished finance professional to lead our treasury and financing activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, evaluate proposals, and conduct in-depth financial analyses to support the Group's strategic objectives.
  • M&A Support: Contribute to M&A projects by providing funding recommendations and implementing effective post-deal policies.
  • Treasury Management: Liaise with key stakeholders to manage treasury and financing activities, advising and collaborating with the Group's business units.
  • Cash and Treasury Management: Drive continuous improvements and efficiencies in cash and treasury management, while participating in broader finance initiatives.
  • Daily Cash Monitoring: Monitor and report on daily cash balances, performing thorough analyses to identify and address material changes.
  • Cash, Liquidity, and Treasury Management: Accountable for the Group's comprehensive cash, liquidity, and treasury management - including cash flow planning and forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic investment decisions.
  • Treasury Operations and Reporting: Design and refine policies/controls, oversee treasury operations and reporting, maintain banking relationships, coordinate project financing, support FX activities, and develop the overall funding strategy.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CA, CIMA, CMA, or an equivalent accreditation.
  • Big4 experience is a requirement.
  • Must have experience from Manufacturing, Trading, Logistics or similar type industry. Banking and Financial backgrounds are not preferred.
  • Experience working on Global operations, especially in SEA.
  • Proficient in data analysis, cost control initiatives, and well-versed in ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese will be highly preferred.
  • The position is located in Hong Kong.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive under pressure.
  • Flexible, agile, and adept at prioritizing and executing multiple tasks concurrently.
What We Offer
