Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will provide full support and assistance to the Department Head, lead and manage operations of Derivatives and Securities, and work closely with internal stakeholders to implement proper operational procedures in regulatory and compliance areas. Key responsibilities include ensuring proper controls, identifying and remedying gaps, and supporting new product launches.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a university education or above, minimum 8 years experience in treasury with not less than 3 years at managerial level, sound knowledge in areas of treasury products, and proficiency in Cantonese and English. Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as good leadership and people management skills, are essential. Computer literacy with good Excel skills is also required.
