We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at JPC Corporation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, project management, or customer interaction within mechanical or building service products.

About the Job
  • This role involves reporting directly to the Sales Director and supporting the implementation of the long-term strategy for key customer relationship management and project management.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with technical support engineers and factories to provide quotations, tenders, proposals, and goods delivery.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers, particularly defined key customers and projects, by regularly visiting them to understand their needs and requirements is crucial.
  • The ability to build strategic relationships with customers and support the company in meeting its business objectives for Hong Kong and Macau is key to success.
  • Handling customer complaints and providing effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction is vital.
  • Coodinating with agents and distributors to achieve business objectives when necessary is also important.
Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the Sales Director and support the implementation of the long-term strategy for key customer relationship management and project management.

Requirements
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related fields is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, project management, or customer interaction within mechanical or building service products is essential.
  • Knowledge of pump or valve business, or water building service equipment, is highly beneficial.
  • Experience in industrial product-related engineering, such as mechanical engineering, building services, hydraulic engineering, etc., is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese languages is required.
