About The Repulse Bay
The Repulse Bay is a renowned hospitality group seeking a skilled Captain to lead our Asian Cuisine restaurant, Spices. As a Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of staff, providing guidance and training to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare the restaurant for service, ensuring mise-en-place is completed to the highest standards.
- Deliver exceptional service, taking orders, explaining menu items, and making recommendations to maximize revenue.
- Ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
- Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a senior role.
- Certificate holder of Food and Beverage Operations or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in spoken English and Chinese.
