The Burson HK Internship Program is a paid internship where students will work closely with different levels of the client servicing team to gain experience in public relations. Every intern will be led by a mentor who gives feedback, guidance and support to ensure students make the most out of the program.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of meetings and events.
  • Provide support for various projects as assigned by the office manager.
  • Support PR events organisation and coordination.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the team and organisation.
Requirements:
  • Completed 2nd year at university or above;
  • Can work at least two and a half days a week for at least three months; full-time is preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and result-oriented environment.
  • Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
