Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Personal Shopping Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in fostering strong relationships with both new and existing clientele, ensuring they receive unparalleled service and access to the latest trends and designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Excellence: Collaborate with personal shoppers to cultivate and maintain relationships with high-value customers in the APAC region.
  • Customer Insights: Gain a deep understanding of customer preferences in fashion and lifestyle to tailor offerings effectively.
  • Sales Strategy: Analyze customer spending patterns and provide feedback to enhance sales strategies.
  • Lead Management: Prioritize and manage sales leads to maximize opportunities.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage available technology to achieve sales objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Identify opportunities to expand the customer base and attract new high-value clients.
  • Engage new customers by introducing them to our brand and the benefits of our services.
  • Uphold exemplary customer service standards consistently.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work alongside the Global Personal Shopping team to manage customer expectations and optimize sales.
  • Support team members to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Coordinate with the customer care team to resolve VIP customer issues promptly.

Customer Engagement:

  • Participate in marketing and partnership events as required.
  • Assist in hosting high-profile customers and conducting personalized appointments.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of one year in customer-facing roles; experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interest in current fashion trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build genuine relationships.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong written skills.
  • Numerate with strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
  • Willingness to contribute innovative ideas to enhance processes.
