  • Conduct thorough cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining product quality and supplier performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with our company standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient product development and delivery.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sourcing and cost management.
  • Support our company's sustainability goals by identifying and sourcing eco-friendly materials and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or cost engineering within the apparel industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
