About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our AWS Hong Kong Enterprise team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and accelerating cloud adoption in our named Greenfield accounts team.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and make a significant impact on the growth of our business. You will be responsible for creating and articulating compelling value propositions around AWS services, driving revenue and market share in a defined territory, and developing and executing against a territory plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory plan that drives cloud adoption and revenue growth
  • Manage a portfolio of large accounts and develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers
  • Analyze sales and metrics data to inform sales strategy and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Cantonese and English, in both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS
  • Experience driving new business in greenfield accounts at the C-suite level or equivalent
