  3. Experience in retail or consumer industries is beneficial.
  4. Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Macros, and graphing.
  5. Familiarity with Python, Tableau, and Cognos or other business intelligence tools is desirable.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. A results-driven and collaborative mindset.
