About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Post-Sales Engineer to join our team at nextRoles. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical services to our customers, ensuring their IT infrastructure needs are met with the highest level of expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Project Implementation: You will be assigned to complete technical tasks, including project implementation, maintenance, and support, to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: You will have the opportunity to acquire and be certified with AI-Embedded technologies across all on-premise and Cloud platforms, expanding your knowledge and skills in compute infra revamped by AI technologies.
  • Professional Services: You will provide professional services on planning and design of solutions, deployment, and integration services to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Proposal Writing and Solution Presentation: You will be responsible for proposal writing, solution presentation, and preparing project documentation to ensure effective communication with customers.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with the following qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT or Related Disciplines: You must hold a diploma or degree in IT or a related field.
  • Technical Experience: You must have at least five years of technical experience and a solid skillset in compute infra or Cloud platform, including SAN storage, backup/recovery, and DR solutions.
  • Certifications: Holding certifications in SAN Storage, VMware, and HCI Solution is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: You must be capable of effective communication with different customers.
  • Learning and Adaptability: You must be willing to learn and be aggressive in your approach to new technologies and challenges.
  • Independence and Motivation: You must be able to work independently and be self-motivated with clear company and self-objectives.
