Product Design and Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative products that meet our high standards of quality and functionality.
  • Conduct thorough research on market trends, consumer needs, and competitor analysis to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to life, including design, engineering, and production.

Requirements:

  • A higher diploma or bachelor's degree in Product Design, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Material Science, or a related field.
  • 0-6 years of experience in product design and development, preferably in the plastics molding industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in 3D drawing software and tools.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
  • Self-initiative, responsible, and interested in product development.
