Key Responsibilities:

  • Create stunning and bespoke designs for luxury hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with our NCDA design philosophy.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their objectives and desires, translating these into innovative design solutions.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members to address client needs and expectations.
  • Develop engaging presentations, including 3D models, 2D layouts, mock-ups, and renderings, to effectively convey design concepts to clients.
  • Manage the workflow to ensure seamless project execution and develop detailed quotes for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to deliver the most relevant and cutting-edge design solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in luxury hospitality design, with a proven track record of delivering high-caliber projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with 3D software such as Sketchup, Rhino, and Blender is essential.
  • Exceptional creative and communication skills, with the ability to produce construction drawings and execute designs effectively.
  • A passion for bespoke design and a commitment to excellence.
