The Job:
- As an Ultrasound Portfolio Specialist, you will work closely with our Ultrasound Team to provide technical and clinical assistance to internal and external customers.
- You will partner with our Sales Team to deliver pre-sale presentations and demonstrations on our Ultrasound portfolio, highlighting its capabilities and benefits.
- Your key responsibilities will include providing application, technical, and clinical support to customers, as well as training them on optimal usage of our ultrasound equipment.
- You will also work with our Sales Team to deliver ultrasound solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows.
- Additionally, you will train customers in applying optimal usage of the ultrasound equipment delivered, enabling them to follow clinical procedures and protocols to achieve best practice.
- As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical and clinical roles during the sales process, demonstrating the full range of Ultrasound products, including potential uses, product capabilities, and benefits to customers.
- You will also develop and deliver product training to customers on equipment use, ensuring they are proficient in operating our ultrasound equipment.
- Maintaining customer installations of our ultrasound products is another critical aspect of this role.
- Finally, you will support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstrations and customer training, utilizing your market and product knowledge to assist our Sales Team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.
Requirements:
- A university degree in Biomedical Engineering, Imaging, Radiology, Sonography, or equivalent disciplines.
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience in ultrasound-related fields such as Sonography, Radiography, or Clinical Application, or related experience.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with suppliers in the US (principal) and work with customers in Hong Kong (jointly with Sales teams).
- A flexible schedule with a 5-day workweek.
