  • In-depth knowledge of desktop systems, software suites, mobile technologies (iOS, Android, Mac OS), and network operations
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder communication; fluency in written and spoken English
  • Expertise in ITIL principles and incident management processes
  • Strong analytical abilities for performance reporting
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and effective in team settings
  • Superior documentation and organizational skills
  • Competency in Active Directory, virtual desktop environments (AVD/WVD), SharePoint, and Intune
  • AUDIOVisual system experience preferred
