Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing Strategy Development: Develop pricing strategy, marketing plans, and related materials that accurately reflect the value of our properties. Arrange and execute business promotion activities to effectively reach our target audience.
- Business Partner Relationships: Establish, consolidate, and maintain working relationships with business partners to drive growth and revenue.
- Contract Negotiation: Develop commercial contracts and secure contractual commitments from customers in support of our company's overall business objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Organize the collection, analysis, and regular reporting of industry intelligence information to stay ahead of market trends.
- Financial Oversight: Conduct cost benchmarking to the market price and oversee the P&L to ensure financial stability.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments on layout planning, tenants' fitting-out, and refurbishment/revamping works.
Requirements:
- A strong background and experience in marketing existing large-scale logistics complexes are essential. Experience in marketing newly constructed facilities is a significant advantage.
- Sales experience accumulated from working at established logistics real-estate brokerage companies is required. Previous companies should have demonstrated outstanding performances and secured extensive contractual commitments.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a sizable Real Estate Company and in charge of business development of industrial property are necessary.
- Good analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Open-mindedness and willingness to take challenges are required.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Chinese is necessary.
