Cybersecurity Strategist

About the Role:

The Information Security Architect will lead and direct a team responsible for the firm's cybersecurity operations. This includes developing information security architectures, strategies, roadmaps, standards, and procedures for both cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure the development of robust information security strategies and architectures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various IT departments to validate information security and robustness for IT infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and identity access & management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to conduct thorough security assessments and design effective security risk management strategies.
• Strategic Guidance: Provide expert consultation and advice to colleagues in Infrastructure and application development to ensure compliance with established security protocols and best practices.
• Industry Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends through diligent research and market intelligence to leverage emerging technologies effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• At least years' of relevant experience in cybersecurity, and at least 2 years' experience in a lead/senior supervisory role.
• CISSP, CISA, CRISC, TOGAF, or GAIC certification is a definite advantage.
• Proven track record managing security infrastructure, including firewalls, IPS, WAF, endpoint protection, SIEM, and log management tools.
• Strong background managing and securing applications and infrastructure on public cloud platforms.
• Strong experience using vulnerability management tools and designing Identity and Access Management services and solutions.
• Excellent project management experience and proven ability managing and building relationships with senior stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
