Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks associated with the UGC special grant for students with special educational needs (SEN);
  • Regularly update and maintain SEN and UGC documentation, ensuring systematic and accurate data management;
  • Assist in the Inclusion Ambassador Training Programme;
  • Conduct regular engagement meetings with SEN students;
  • Design, execute, and assess training sessions, workshops, and activities aimed at enhancing staff and student awareness of SEN;
  • Source and obtain quotations for professional services and community training initiatives;
  • Collaborate with service providers regarding training logistics and related issues;
  • Organize, implement, and evaluate large-scale inclusive initiatives, including the IDEA campaign;
  • Oversee the maintenance of the SEN website;
  • Undertake additional responsibilities or projects as assigned.

The selected candidate will be expected to work flexible hours and may lead local or overseas student tours as required.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility;
  • High self-motivation and the ability to perform duties with minimal supervision;
  • A positive work attitude and strong teamwork capabilities are essential;
  • Experience in supporting SEN students, coordinating training programs, project management, or organizing mass events related to SEN is preferred.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written assessment.
