Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing: Proactively drive sales and marketing efforts for our Chinese and local financial institution clients, staying up-to-date with market trends and client demands to provide professional advice on sales strategy adjustments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain high-quality day-to-day contact with clients, pitch and close deals, and ensure proper follow-up on post-deal tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with traders and other product managers to maximize business revenue and support other team members.
  • Cross-Selling and Synergy: Collaborate with other business units, such as Institutional Banking and Custody, to cross-sell and maximize synergy for the bank.
  • Legal Document Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to negotiate and sign legal documents with clients, including ISDA/CSA/CDEA and related documents.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with at least 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 1-3 years of experience in institutional clients marketing.
  • Product Knowledge: Experience with derivatives or other investment-related products.
  • Skills and Qualities: Excellent analytical and marketing skills, basic data statistics, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn about financial products.
  • Professional Qualifications: Licensed for dealing in securities (Type 1) and advising on securities (Type 4), as well as other necessary professional qualification licenses for treasury marketing.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
