Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and performance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, pitch and close deals, and ensure timely follow-up on post-deal tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with traders and other product managers to maximize business revenue and provide backup support to team members.
  • Cross-Selling and Synergy: Collaborate with other business units to cross-sell and maximize synergy for the bank.
  • Legal Document Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to negotiate and sign legal documents with clients.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Product Knowledge: Experience with derivatives, structured, and other investment-related products.
  • Skills and Qualities: Excellent analytical and marketing skills, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Licensed for dealing in securities (Type 1) and advising on securities (Type 4).
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
