About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in mortgage lending and contribute to the bank's success. As a Mortgage Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring referrals from property agencies and solicitors' firms, handling mortgage application documents, and developing close relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire referrals from property agencies and solicitors' firms to grow the bank's mortgage lending business.
- Handle mortgage application documents independently and submit them for credit assessment based on the bank's mortgage guidelines and policies.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with property agencies and solicitors' firms.
- A minimum of two years' experience in mortgage lending business with good contacts at property agencies/developers and solicitors' firms.
- Strong service and sales orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work on Sundays and public holidays.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua an advantage.
- Candidate centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively.
- Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment.
- High level of candidate centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for clients.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from HKD 50,000 to HKD 80,000 per month, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
