We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Crypto. As a key member of our Finance and Accounting team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including balance sheet reconciliation, data extraction, and verification.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports, as well as ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication of financial information.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist with various ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team lead.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree or above in finance, accounting, or economics.
  • Experience: Experience in a financial operations role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a detail-oriented environment.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau.
