Recruitment Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Business Leaders: Work closely with our business leaders to gain insights into their needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Design Recruitment Plans: Develop and implement robust recruitment plans that meet our business requirements, utilizing data analytics to provide meaningful insights and advice.
  • Establish Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication to support our organizational objectives.
  • Source Top Talent: Build strategic talent pipelines for critical positions, conducting executive searches and engaging with passive candidates to attract top talent.
  • Lead Recruitment Projects: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency within the recruitment team and drive project implementation, effectively managing change and developing communication plans to support project success.
  • Analyze Data Insights: Leverage data to optimize recruitment strategies, enhancing decision-making and measuring effectiveness.
  • Broaden External Partnerships: Develop and maintain partnerships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and industry partners to expand our talent networks and access diverse candidate pools.
Requirements:
  • Talent Acquisition Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent sourcing and talent acquisition, preferably with recruitment experience in the education industry.
  • Leadership Candidate Research: Ability to quickly learn about new markets and conduct thorough and high-quality search processes, including leadership candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation, and presentation.
  • Influencing Stakeholders: Demonstrated ability to drive recruitment results by influencing key stakeholders, both internally and externally, and managing their expectations.
  • Recruitment Tools and Technologies: Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and verbal English and Mandarin is required.
