  • Scanning, organizing, and filing documents
  • Handling phone calls and follow-ups with various departments
  • Performing general office tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Running occasional errands (e.g., picking up/dropping off documents, office supplies)
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of office areas (light tasks only)
  • Ad hoc tasks during events

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

As a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail, you will deliver high-quality work and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
