Job Summary

Cathay Pacific Airways Limited is seeking a skilled Lounge Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our lounge staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our passengers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Engage with customers, anticipate their needs, and work with the team to deliver special lounge experiences.
  • Support the Supervisor in maintaining a clean and organized lounge environment.
  • Participate in coaching and training new joiners, sharing operational knowledge and customer insights.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory and service requirements, ensuring alignment with operational standards.

Requirements

  • Right to work in Hong Kong.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • F.5 or Diploma in Hospitality / F&B or related disciplines is an advantage.
  • Relevant working experience in catering hospitality, fine dining, and sizeable luxury hotel or in similar capacity is an advantage.
  • Standard of spoken/ written English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Customer-oriented, energetic with helpful and outgoing personality.
  • Keen to develop a career in Food & Beverage industry.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, attention to detail, great team work, ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in different working hours, able to work overtime in case of flights delay.
