About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at AXA Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide business analysis and production support for Healthbuzz and other systems used by Life Operations.
  • Handle production defects that affect life operations, designing workarounds to minimize impact.
  • Propose and implement remedy actions as needed, negotiating fix designs and implementation arrangements.
  • Conduct quality control on fixes, including RCA and UTR reviews, UAT, BVT, IVT, and other testing.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end arrangements, including online/offline schedules and ATP process adjustments.
  • Support regulatory reporting and handling, including Levy, CRS, FATCA, data retention, and other compliance activities.
  • Perform other production support activities as required.
Requirements
  • University graduate in business administration, statistics, quantitative analysis, or related disciplines.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in business analysis and project areas, preferably in insurance.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and a good team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a high level of financial/business analysis capacity.
