Data Center Security Team Lead:

Join Securitas Hong Kong as a team lead responsible for the smooth operation of our data center.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, experience in SLA management, and proficiency in analyzing performance metrics.

Main Duties:

• Oversee the daily activities of the security team.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and implement necessary measures.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics to senior management.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Conduct regular meetings and evaluations to drive team success.

Requirements:

• A higher diploma or above in business administration, computer studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in SLA management and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure, operations, and best practices is an asset.
• Ability to review and optimize workflow to meet growing business needs.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• First Aid certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
