Responsibilities
  • Manage a security team to oversee the day-to-day 7 x 24 operations of the data center, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
  • Define, monitor, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Analyze service performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
  • Train and mentor the security team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to drive team success.
Qualifications
  • Higher diploma or above in BA, computer studies, or related field, or
  • Lower education but with concrete related experience is also acceptable.
  • Proven experience in SLA management and performance metrics analysis.
  • Familiarity with data center infrastructure, operations, and best practices is a plus.
  • Ability to review and enhance the current operation workflow to fulfill business growing needs.
  • Excellent client servicing and communication skills.
  • Able to lead a newly formed team and work in a new setup site.
  • First Aid certification.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
