As an Accounting and Financial Manager, you will be responsible for leading our accounting and financial functions on the Mainland. You will oversee all accounting and financial activities, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements, and provide strategic advice to management on finance and operational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the accounting and financial functions on the Mainland.
  • Oversee all accounting and financial activities, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage financial relationships with external parties, including suppliers, customers, and regulators.
  • Ensure compliance with Group Policy and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
  • Member of the HKICPA or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience in listed/sizable organizations, with work experience on the Mainland essential.
  • Experience in big four CPA firms preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
