Job Title: Short Term Props Master

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Props Master to join our team at Ocean Park for a short-term contract period. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Wardrobe team for our upcoming Halloween event in 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Wardrobe team in preparing and maintaining costumes and props for the Halloween event.
  • Design and create tailor-made costumes and props according to requirements and needs.
  • Perform alterations, repairs, and maintenance for costumes and props.
  • Manage and maintain inventory records for all characters' props.
  • Coordinate with the Entertainment and other departments to ensure a smooth event experience.
  • Conduct safety site checks and report to the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Ocean Park's festive events and fashion or costume making knowledge is preferred.
  • Good communication skills and English speaking ability.
  • Ability to work in shift duty, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Supervisory experience with contractors and suppliers.
