Requirements
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline from a top global university.
- At least 3 years' experience in options trading or high-frequency trading alpha building.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java, with a willingness to expand technical skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under high pressure.
