Job Description
  • Lead and manage the product R&D team, guiding, training, and enhancing team capabilities to drive innovation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with foreign clients to ensure successful new product development.
  • Define and scope new product design and development requirements, establish new product specifications, and oversee project implementation to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain oversight throughout the project, ensuring quality regulatory requirements are met and products meet customer expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related field, fluent in English with over 5 years of product development experience within a formal R&D management system.
  • Excellent learning ability, able to withstand high work pressure, and possess a deep understanding of electronic weighing products.
  • Awareness of technical products (both technical and commercial) and strong logical and goal-oriented skills.
  • Familiar with the entire process of electronic product requirement definition, R&D, testing, and production.
