R&D Manager

- Lead and manage R&D team, and report to the Project Coordinators.
- Supervise the planning, execution and monitoring of R&D projects.
- Oversee research activities and develop knowledge-based products and solutions for the company.
- Plan and manage all aspects of work related to R&D and products & solutions development, including proof of concepts, solution architectures, and cost estimation.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders (internal and external) and team members to achieve business objectives in an effective and efficient manner.
- Lead and manage a team for the R&D and products & solutions development activities to keep the team up-to-date with the latest technologies, especially in the area related to artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 5+ years of solid work experience in R&D and software development, including 2+ years in a project and team management role.
- Strong technical knowledge in R&D and/or products development related to artificial intelligence and machine learning, software architecture, integration design, and project delivery in web design framework, C#, Java, and Python development.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and with positive thinking.
- Good communication skills and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in English and Cantonese.
