Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing effective compliance programs, including anti-bribery and corruption initiatives.
  • Providing expert guidance on our Code of Conduct and related policies to employees and business leaders globally.
  • Developing and delivering engaging compliance training programs.

You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent cross-functional relationships within the business and various internal partners.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in compliance areas is required, along with a Legal Degree and proficiency in English and Chinese language skills.
