About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, bookings, pricing quotations, and follow-up on routing orders. You will also build and enhance relationships with existing customers and potential new customers, while providing internal support to the sales team.
