Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Security Champion to lead our efforts in integrating AI solutions within our IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on enhancing security and driving innovation.

About the Role
The successful candidate will spearhead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI-driven solutions to optimize IT operations and enhance security. They will collaborate with IT Operations teams to ensure seamless and secure IT operations aligned with business needs, championing a "security-by-design" approach across all initiatives. Additionally, they will promote a security-first culture throughout the organization by advocating for proactive risk assessments, vulnerability management, and adherence to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead AI Integration & Innovation: Implement AI-driven solutions to optimize IT operations and enhance security.* Collaborate with IT Operations teams: Ensure seamless and secure IT operations aligned with business needs.* Global Standardization & Security: Support global standardization of IT operations, working with regional teams to harmonize processes and embed robust security controls at every stage.* Incident Response & Risk Mitigation: Serve as key point of contact for escalating and resolving IT Operations issues, focusing on identifying and mitigating security risks.* Security Advocacy: Promote security-first culture by advocating for proactive risk assessments, vulnerability management, and adherence to industry best practices.* Reporting & Metrics: Assist in tracking and reporting inventory, project statuses, and operational metrics, ensuring compliance with security policies and standards.

Requirements
* Demonstrated experience with AI tools, machine learning models, and automation platforms.* Technical proficiency in system installation, configuration, and analysis, with emphasis on securing systems.* Project management skills, embedding security in all stages of project execution.* Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and regions.* Strong problem-solving aptitude and proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational and security challenges.* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of security best practices, vulnerability management, incident response, and security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS benchmarks). Hands-on experience with AI-powered IT operations tools (e.g., Splunk, Atlassian, ServiceNow with AI capabilities) and their security modules.
