The Role
We are looking for an experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our corporate finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations. Your responsibilities will include conducting analysis and due-diligence reviews on potential business opportunities, business planning, investment studies, and scenario analysis. You will also assist in corporate transactions and related listing rules matters, coordinating with internal and external parties to prepare documents and responses. In addition, you will support post-investment management to ensure smooth integration and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis and due-diligence reviews on potential business opportunities
- Assist in corporate transactions and related listing rules matters
- Support post-investment management to ensure smooth integration and drive business success
- Monitor market and industry activities, gather investor feedback, and summarize research reports
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Qualified accountant (HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Experience in a listed company, corporate finance organization, PR firms, or a Big 4 or international accounting firm background is preferred
