Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SALES ADMINISTRATOR to join our Order Admin Team. As a key member, you will be responsible for processing orders from contract preparation to shipment and receipt of supplier documentation. Your duties will include managing the whole contract administration process, starting from receiving an order confirmation from the trader to settlement. You will also prepare sales and purchase contracts, issue Letters of Credit (L/Cs), and deliver sales/purchase contracts after every booking.
