Job Summary

The Coordinator, B2B Events & Programs, Asia Pacific will provide support to the team, including budget tracking, travel planning, and scheduling. This role will also assist in implementing B2B campaigns and related media buys in Greater China and APEC, as well as coordinating meeting invites and tracking expenses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate calendar management, business travel planning, and scheduling
  • Track and manage different budget sources
  • Assist in implementing B2B campaigns and related media buys
  • Coordinate meeting invites and track expenses
  • Work closely with the Manager, B2B Events & Programs, APAC for pre-planning and logistics for B2B customer advisory boards
  • Execute and contribute to the brainstorming of the content plan/calendar across all B2B marketing channels
  • Translation from English to Traditional/Simplified Chinese and vice versa
  • Support the planning and execution of annual conferences
  • Assist in developing strategic communications and planning for promotion

Requirements

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in marketing or related function
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin/Traditional & Simplified Chinese and English
  • Proficiency in Salesforce products (CRM, Pardot, etc.)
  • Demonstrated project management skills
