About the Role

Citicorp International Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Officer, Client Onboarding Analyst to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our Client Onboarding team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless client onboarding experiences, maintaining accurate client records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Private Bank Client onboarding activities, including account opening, documentation review, and approval of KYC profiles in accordance with internal guidelines and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Business, AML, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to support client onboarding, including implementation of new processes and providing guidance and subject matter expertise as required.
  • Engage in ongoing transformation to strengthen overall client onboarding controls, including strategic program rollouts and system enhancements.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.

  • Capable of multitasking and eager to learn in a fast-changing and challenging environment.
  • Consistently able to anticipate and respond to customer/business needs.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with people effectively and confidently across all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and written/spoken English and Cantonese.
