Job Title: Corporate Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Manager to join our team at Konew FinTech Corporation Limited.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Compile and review various financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Accounting Standards: Ensure all reports comply with updated accounting standards and listing requirements.
  • Budget and Forecast: Monitor and review budget, forecast, and variance.
  • Accounting System: Review and enhance accounting system, accounting policies, and internal control.
  • Liaison: Liaise with internal peers, external auditors, and professionals.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform daily routine accounting functions and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with CPA qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years post-CPA relevant working experience, with experience in working at Big 4 firms an added advantage.
  • Management Experience: Candidates with management experience preferred.
  • Language: Proficiency in English.
