About the Role

GroupM is seeking a dedicated Regional Senior FP&A/Finance Manager with demonstrated expertise to oversee regional consolidated reporting and accounting functions for local books.

This role will directly contribute to regional growth in APAC, aligning with our global strategy of innovation and excellence. With 12,000 employees spanning 16 diverse markets, we thrive on local expertise unified by a global vision to deliver impactful solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review financial and management reports for countries, including actual, budget, and forecast reporting, checking and validating correctness.
  • Prepare regional management reports with variance analysis and commentary, providing highlights to management on reporting or business risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Closely work with Country Finance for accurate and timely financial and management reporting, tracking, and monitoring.
  • Communicate global reporting requirements to country finance teams, walking through guidelines, report templates, and procedures, assisting in implementing new regulatory or management requirements.
  • Ensure finance function compliance with SOX and company policies under reporting scope.
  • Support audit work and communication with internal and external auditors.
  • Review statutory audit report and account reconciliation review with Country Finance.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant with Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of accounting and finance and/or audit experience, preferably with multinational companies or listed sizable companies with multiple legal entities and reporting units.
  • Strong financial and management reporting experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels.
  • Independent, attentive to details, organized, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English.
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel and macros). Experience in Hyperion, SAP, or similar consolidation and reporting applications is an advantage.
