Regional Finance & Procurement Analyst (Retail)

REGIONAL PROCUREMENT PROCESS AND TRAINING
  • Manage the supplier onboarding and purchase-to-reception procedures for the region, serving as a help desk for the APAC area
  • Ensure that all activities comply with relevant global and local procurement policies and regulations
  • Provide training to employees on the processes for supplier creation and management, along with best practices
  • Offer support and training on the Purchase-to-Pay process
  • Actively assist in the rollout of a new Source-to-Pay digital solution, serving as a primary user and first-level support for end users
  • Ensure adherence to procurement processes in the region and report any violations to management
  • Monitor procurement internal controls as defined by HQ and act as a liaison with HQ Procurement
SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
  • Process requests for supplier creation and modifications efficiently
  • Evaluate and challenge supplier creation requests as needed
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company procurement policies
  • Proactively monitor and follow up on the supplier creation process to ensure it is efficient and timely
PURCHASE-TO-PAY PROCESS
  • Monitor and report on the purchase-to-pay KPIs
  • Follow-up on Open Purchase Orders with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with accounting as necessary
  • Provide monthly reporting analysis to monitor procurement activities within the region
AD HOC PROJECTS
  • Monitor and report ad hoc project with follow up
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in business/finance/related disciplines (finance knowledge is preferred)
  • At least 5 - 8 years of relevant procurement experience in multi-national organization is preferred
  • Ability to deliver training on relevant processes
  • Knowledge and practical experience of Source-to-pay processes and solution is preferred
  • Working knowledge of a major ERP system and applications
  • Strong level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, dependable with deliverables and deadlines
  • Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects, taking initiative, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and Mandarin
  • Ability to work across cultures and time zones
  • Hands on and able to work independently yet team player with operations
  • Able to write reports and make presentations
  • Occasional travel to APAC region if required
