We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mixologist to join our team at Shangri-La.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bar Manager in a high-end establishment.
  • Has a proven track record of working at multiple bars ranked in the 50 Best Bars list.
  • Is an expert in creating innovative, high-quality cocktails and has exceptional mixology skills.
  • Has a flair for creating unique, bespoke cocktails and is well-versed in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Is a guest-oriented team player with formal training in Hospitality Management, which is an advantage.
  • Has experience working in an Asian environment, although this is not essential.
