We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mixologist to join our team at Shangri-La.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in bars with similar capacity, with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Formal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantage.
  • A sound understanding of various kinds of spirits and wine.
  • Solid experience in creative mixology, as well as in-depth knowledge of classic cocktails.
  • Good business acumen with a well-rounded understanding of beverage cost management.
  • A customer-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • An excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
