Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our research team as Research Associates.

About the Role

The appointee(s) will work on a research project led by the Department of Sports Science and Physical Education, with the objective of promoting physical activity in children attending local kindergartens and their parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with kindergarten teachers to support the project team in the development of intervention materials for kindergartens and parents.
• Support the project team in data collection and entry.
• Collaborate with the project team to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

• A postgraduate degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Early-Childhood Education, or other related disciplines in education, or a postgraduate degree in related areas with at least four years of post-qualification relevant work experience.
• A good understanding of Hong Kong's kindergarten education system, with work experience in this sector considered an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
