  • Composing and negotiating a diverse array of commercial agreements and contracts across multiple sectors.
  • Regularly updating and maintaining documentation to reflect the latest regulatory standards.
  • Engaging directly with business clients, providing guidance and actionable solutions for various corporate policies as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements.
  • Familiarity with compliance issues such as data protection, anti-corruption, and ethical standards is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation, Benefits & Work Environment:

This position offers a competitive salary starting at $150,000, along with an attractive benefits package in the alternative legal services sector, which includes health insurance, a 401K plan, and additional perks. Employees also have access to professional development resources and training programs. While most of our team operates remotely, some client engagements may require on-site attendance.
