Overview of the Role
We are seeking a Data Insights and Analytics Expert to join our team. As a Data Insights and Analytics Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and availability of our data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and maintain data, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing and developing our data warehouse, which we offer to business users as a product using our big-data infrastructure. As business users rely on our data for decision-making and operations, you will have hands-on experience implementing algorithms to ensure data integrity. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Data Collection and Validation: Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate data from multiple sources. Ensure data accuracy and completeness by implementing validation checks and data quality standards.
  • Data Maintenance and Cleanup: Regularly update and maintain databases to reflect the most current information. Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and errors.
  • Data Integration: Work on data integration projects, including data mapping, transformation, and ETL processes. Collaborate with Tech teams to implement data integration solutions.
  • Data Governance: Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, processes, and data lineage.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or related field.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize work.
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL.
  • 2+ years of experience in one of the following or related roles - Technical Project Management/ Data Analytics.
  • Experience in ETL and data warehousing.
  • Detail-oriented and good business sense.
  • Experience of FinTech startups or financial institutions is a plus.
  • Experience in data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, is a plus.
