At Rosewood Hong Kong, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tea Master to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assisting the outlet manager in monitoring all tea-related matters
- Providing tea education to all F&B service colleagues
- Controlling and maintaining stock levels in the outlets
- Identifying opportunities to create a tea culture in the hotel to enhance revenues
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years' relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel as a Tea Master, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity
- Excellent English language skills, with Putonghua and Cantonese being an advantage
- High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of tea
