**Job Summary**
As a Tea Master at Rosewood Hong Kong, you will be responsible for creating a unique Tea culture in the hotel to enhance revenues. This role requires a minimum of 4-5 years' relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel as Tea Master, with at least 2 years in similar capacity.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the outlet manager in monitoring all Tea-related matters.
- Be responsible for the Tea education of all F&B service colleagues.
- Control and maintain stock levels in the outlets.
- Identify opportunities to create a Tea culture in the hotel.
**Requirements**
- Good English language skills, with Putonghua and Cantonese being an advantage.
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
- High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge in Tea.
